Helping Aspiring Pilots Achieve Their Dreams

Flight training is an incredible journey, but it can also be financially challenging. That’s why I’ve created the FlyBraviation NextGen Aviator Scholarship, a $1,500 scholarship designed to help one deserving student pilot continue their training and reach new heights.

This scholarship is my way of giving back to the aviation community, and my goal is to make this an annual scholarship to support future aviators year after year.

Scholarship Details

✅ Amount: $1,500
✅ Use of Funds: Flight training only (aircraft rental and instructor fees)
✅ Funds Distribution: Sent directly to the recipient’s flight school

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the FlyBraviation NextGen Aviator Scholarship, applicants must:

✈️ Hold a current Student, Private, or Commercial Pilot Certificate
✈️ Possess a valid 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Class Medical Certificate
✈️ Be actively enrolled in a flight training program
✈️ Provide confirmation from their flight school verifying enrollment
✈️ Submit a short essay (500 words max) outlining:

• Their aviation goals and ambitions

• How this scholarship will help them

• How far they plan to go in their aviation career

  How the Recipient is Selected

  To keep the selection process transparent and involve the community, we follow these steps:

  1️⃣ Applications Open – Pilots submit their application and essay through the link below.
  2️⃣ Top Three Finalists – From all applicants, we select the top three based on merit and dedication.
  3️⃣ Donor Voting – The top three applications are shared with donors, who vote on the final recipient.
  4️⃣ Scholarship Awarded – The winner is announced, and funds are sent directly to their flight school.

  How the Funds Are Used

  📌 The scholarship funds can ONLY be used for flight training.
  📌 Funds are sent directly to the flight school to ensure they are applied toward aircraft rental and instructor fees.
  📌 The flight school must sign an agreement confirming that the funds will be used exclusively for flight training.

  Recipient Accountability

  To ensure transparency and inspire future applicants, the scholarship recipient will:

  🎥 Submit a short video update sharing:

  1. How the scholarship has helped them progress in their training

  2. What new opportunities they’ve been able to pursue

  This allows our community of donors to see firsthand the impact they are making!

  This scholarship is 100% funded by generous donors who believe in supporting the next generation of aviators. Every dollar donated goes directly to helping a student pilot stay in the air.
